Very nice place tucked in the red rocks. Very quiet and peaceful and a beautiful view of the night sky. Very dark and full of stars, the place is aptly named. The lodging is spacious and comfortable with everything you need to settle in an enjoy the quiet and beauty of nature. About ten minutes from town and easy to get there, though a bit bumpy as the road from the house to town is not paved. Only another 10 minutes from town to Capitol Reef national park and the whole surrounding area is beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful cave house. It was fun and unique. Great location for side-by-side exploring. Perfect for a couples trip. Kitchen is well stocked with all amenities, and comfortable. We had a memorable stay, we’ll be back!

This was my 3rd stay at this airbnb - which says it was great as always! It is such a comfortable and homey place and had all the amenities it needed plus we could bring out small dog. The photographs thru out the home were fabulous - highlighting the surrounding areas. Everything was clean and we had plenty of room! Thanks for sharing your home again!

Great place to relax! Hosts were awesome, and the basement is great for watching a game and having fun.

Jim's place was perfect. It was clean and felt like coming home. He was a responsive, kind and very thoughtful host who communicated effectively. The house's layout was open, spacious and had all that we would need to be beyond comfortable. The yard was spectacular and created a serene and expansive experience, making you feel alone and able to take in nature. Having the jacuzzi to unwind in or wake up with a coffee at sunrise was magical. We visit Moab every month or so and will make this the priority space we stay in if Jim's availability allows. The only issue we had was not wanting to leave!!

Susan’s place was perfect for our weekend trip! An ideal location by national parks, and her space is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Super responsive and helpful with everything. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The Hidden Gem was perfect for our quick stay in Monticello! It was immaculate, cozy, and in a great location. Check-in and check-out were super easy and seamless. After traveling all day, it was nice to have a comfortable place to stay and the reassurance that Becky would be quick to respond if we had any issues (which we didn’t). Great place!!

Would have been perfect if more windows in the house. Outside of that rest all is good. Its very clean and Tyler is very responsive. and the location is great.

The apartment was everything we could want. The night skies gave my husband a chance to take beautiful photographs of the stars. Comfortable bed and a good kitchen to cook in. Loved the view out the windows. Our host was flexible and let us check in early. She was quick to respond to our questions.

Where do I start. The place is Huge! It's a two bedroom apartment. I wish we had two friends to enjoy it with us. Very comfortable and so well stocked with nice touches. Breakfast foods. Even a washer and dryer in the unit which was one of the reasons we chose it. There was also a carport which was so appreciated while unloading and loading the car in the rain. I would not hesitate to stay at the Treehouse suite if we find ourselves in the area again.

Basecamp is one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed at on or off Airbnb. Tom, along with Theresa and Thomas, are gracious hosts. They make sure each guest feels welcomed throughout the stay and are happy to offer suggestions of hikes, drives or just general exploration. I got the feeling that the road's condition varies throughout the year. As of a few weeks ago it was slow going if you are not an experienced off-road driver. (I am not.) It took me 90 minutes heading in (once during the day and once after dark) and 60 minutes leaving (both daylight). But my stock RAV4 with all season tires made it with no real issues. I kept it in 2nd gear and the AWD never kicked on. That said, I would happily return to stay at Tom's place again. It is 100% worth a frayed nerve or two for me. Next time I'll just drive in once and stay there the whole time. I could wander around the property and the adjoining BLM land for days and never get bored of looking at the views.

This property was in the perfect location for exploring the Bears Ears National Monument area and the Needles district of Canyonlands National Park and was clean/cozy/comfortable for our 4 night stay. When we had a minor issue with the coffee maker, the property manager and owner were immediately responsive and resolved it straight away. We came prepared to make our own meals, knowing we'd be visiting areas that were relatively remote, and appreciated having the full kitchen and access to a gas BBQ. With the weather being on the cool side, we weren't able to enjoy morning coffee in the back yard; but the kitchen window had a nice view onto the yard and we'd certainly enjoy spending time out there if we're able to return when the weather is warmer. Thank you to Jed, Preston, and your team for making us feel so welcome!

Perfect stay at the “Cottages” in Bluff. Kelly and Andi were wonderful hosts that provided for every accommodation we could think of. We highly recommend them to all guests looking for a quality rest while traveling southern Utah.

The condo is well decorated, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, the kitchen is well stocked, and the hot tub was awesome. There is a nice deck with a BBQ, which we used, and it's great. The second bedroom doesn't have a window, which didn't bother us. It is quiet. Tyler is a great host. He was quick to respond and help when we had a concern.

Bailey was a great host and I would be happy to stay again in the future

Beautiful condo. Quiet on the outskirts of town but quick drive into Moab if necessary. Loved the hot tub! Very clean overall and would definitely stay again!

The place is in great shape and well stocked. The kitchen has pretty much everything you will need for cooking, and there are plenty of spare towels and pillows. The hot tub was great to have as was the grill. There is plenty of parking. The location is a bit industrial, but the views are good, and we could get to downtown Moab in about 10 minutes.

Exactly Ike the pictures. Just south of Moab center but close enough to town and everywhere we needed to be. It had everything we needed to make our stay great. Very easy to find this rental as Tyler’s instructions were perfect. The only negative is the noise from other renters in the building. Otherwise it was the perfect place to stay.

Very comfortable little spot.

Our stay was fantastic.. Condo was beautifully furnished and quiet ( sometimes you could hear Laundromat downstairs, but pretty quiet but nice not having anyone above or downstairs).. It is about 6 miles from town but easy drive and so peaceful.. Tyler was FANTASTIC with instructions and response. The outside grill and GIANT hot tub were WONDERFUL, especially after a long day of hiking. We have done several Air BnB's and this was by far our favorite.. Loved the modern decor. So hard leaving this spacious and beautiful place.. At first we were a bit surprised with the surrounding ( mobile home park), U haul rentals) but once we were settled on the beautiful deck we didn't even notice.. There was a gorgeous mountain across from us with cows.. Gorgeous..
