Great stay here with my husband and daughter and my in-laws. The house is beautiful and the layout is really nice for a group to spend time together. My 2yo especially loved the marmots that would run around the yard behind the house, and the evening deer visits. You can tell it’s someone’s own house, so the finishes are all great quality and there are a lot of convenient little things that often get overlooked in pure vacation rentals. But at the same time it doesn’t feel run down or overly lived in - the property manager does a good job providing the essentials while locking away annoying or unneeded family items. The resort location is a bit isolated (farther from town, any shops, restaurants) but we wanted to stay closer to the mountains without being too far from Durango, so splitting the difference like this worked for us. Just plan to drive a bit in each direction.

Great location! Easy 5 minute walk to lift 7, convenient to Clark's market (3 minute walk), and convenient to old town Telluride. Unit was very clean & well stocked for the 4 of us (two couples) Appreciated the Ski Locker to store our skiis It's a 2 bedroom unit, 1 Master Suite with bath; 2nd bedroom is 2 twin beds, however, 2nd bathroom was upstairs which was fine during the day, a bit inconvenient at night, especially if you forget to keep the light on in the stairwell. But it worked fine for us. :) Appreciated the consistent updates and check in's, host was extremely responsive. Always wanted to be sure everything was going as it should be. Would definitely consider coming back.

It was the perfect stay. We didn’t need to drive any where. Most of Telluride was in walking distance but the place was also tucked away from the main road. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful. Ski-in/ski-out with ski valet service. Enjoyed the evening happy hours in the resort bar. Car valets were amazing. Incredible view from our condo. 15 min drive into Telluride. Only recommendation is the room could use some updating. Window shades wouldn’t stay open, the finishes are dated and the kitchen didn’t have many tools to cook with.

Best place to stay. Our Host was great to communicate with prior to our stay answering all our questions in a timely manner. The condo far exceeded our expectations. It was well furnished with plenty of towels, cookware, extra refrigerator, a large washer and dryer, and all the amenities you could want. There were also lots of board games to keep our kids entertained as well as a swimming pool that was just a few steps away. We rented skis from Performance Skis which is near the Condo without the hassle and long lines of renting at the resort. I can't say enough about how great this condo and our Host was. We look forward to staying here again next year.

Great spot. No issues. Ski valet alone worth the price of admission. Very lean closet space if more than 2 guests with no options outside of the bedroom closet. Otherwise awesome.

Great place with free shuttle to Purgatory. Kitchen has the basic amenities (pots, pans, silverware, glasses, small appliances) and not much else. If you plan to cook there, make sure you bring any oils, spices, non-basic items etc you may need.

If you're looking for a place near Telluride to stay, STAY HERE! 100%, couldn't ask for a better airbnb host. Thanks Jeff

Very comfortable, clean and inviting home, with historic charm and interesting and attractive Victorian elements to the home. Fully stocked nice kitchen and spacious dining and common area. Silverton is a dazzling secluded town with downtown amenities all walking distance from this house. Would stay here again!

What a beautiful place! The views were spectacular and the location was perfect! Would stay here again!

Such a great spot for two or a group of four! I went with three friends, it’s intimate space as it’s a studio so keep that in mind. Kitchen gets tight but we didn’t do much cooking. It’s literally a two minute walk to the village express lift or you can just ski right down to the bottom of the Chondola from sunset plaza.

We loved Luke’s place! An easy walk to Lift 10 & the Chondola! We never have to drive once we got there, just rode the gondola to grocery store and town. The house beautiful views of the mountains from the living room and master bedroom! Our family of 6 all had enough room and everyone had their own bed. The garage was a great place to store your skis! Would definitely stay there again!

You can’t beat this location for skiing in Telluride. Chair 7 is literally right out the door. Great garage parking spot. We were able to park a RAV 4 without any problems. The apartment is great. Very comfortable, and well stocked kitchen. The only complaint is that the twin beds are up a precarious ladder, that isn’t pictured. Maybe not suitable for young children to use.

We were extremely impressed with our first Airbnb rental and AvantStay. They were very friendly and helpful every time we had questions. The house was very clean, comfortable and in a great location. We would highly recommend both AvantStay and Sugarloaf.

Luke’s place was a perfect location to skiing, town, restaurants, everything. Couldn’t have been a better location. Although the house is in a neighborhood, it was very quiet and we felt like we were away from the hustle and bustle of Telluride. Very affordable for the luxury. Luke was super responsive. Would stay here again.

We loved our time in Telluride and this unit was perfect. Outstanding location, walkable to everything, yet felt private with the bubbling creek nearby and mountain views. We rented our skis nearby and took the gondola to Mountain Village everyday day. Thanks for a great stay!

Had high expectations given the price, and they were exceeded. Incredible location for walking to the gondola (four minutes), and the Bear Creek Trail is ten steps outside the front door. You can literally watch folks get on and come down the trail. Unit is super clean, cozy, and well-stocked. Parking is right in front of the unit. TV has all different kinds of options. We were provided all needed information well ahead of time, and logistics went perfectly. Thanks!
