We didn’t get to enjoy all of the great amenities of this place as we arrived in the evening and had early flights in the morning. I wish we had more time as your home was so welcoming and the outside space very inviting.

Casa Peces is well maintained and comfortable. The home is spacious and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool was perfect. It was very easy to communicate with both Martha and Jessica. I would absolutely stay at Casa Peces again on a future trip!

The place is wonderful and very homie. If you’re looking for a super safe, peaceful place to stay! This is perfect for you! Marcelo is very responsive and punctual. If you’re someone who likes to be super loud and have people over this is not the place for you! I’m that kind of person but Marcelo notifies you before hand. Other than those two things it’s a very nice and peace area!

realmente muy amable y con disponibilidad a lo que uno requiere, es super comprensible con los horarios por si se requiere salir un poquito después, siempre pendiente si uno llegara a necesitar, la ubicación muy buena, es un alojamiento muy completo

Todo estuvo increíble. Las vistas preciosas y don Francisco muy amable con su recibimiento. Completamente equipado con todo lo necesario y espacios muy limpios.

Es nuestra segunda visita a la residencia de Mayra y mientras este disponible nos seguiremos hospedando allí cada vez que estemos por San José, el lugar muy acogedor, el vecindario muy tranquilo, con buena seguridad, nos sentimos como en casa

I have stayed here before and always come back - the apartment is perfect - fast WiFi and easy to get everywhere in the San Jose area. I use Uber while in CR and the location is perfect - Uber always available quickly. The host is always available and quick to respond to any question and recommendations… As they say - she has very positive energy and is a pleasure to work with on any request. I will be back for sure! Pura Vida

Great deal for such a great little apartment in an excellent neighborhood. Host was super communicative and gave information in a timely manner. Check-in was flexible which we appreciated because we were coming a long with way a lot of luggage. Thanks again!

We stayed the night here, as we only needed a place to sleep. The bed was comfortable. The shower was warm. We felt safe and secure. We would stay here again if needed.

Jose is reliable and communicative. I have not met any disappointment booking with him for like a thousand times.

Highly recommend this lovely place. My 2nd stay here in the last year. Very helpful host and great with help checking. Feels like a home with everything you need inside or close in walking distance or Uber.

The apartment was lovely- clean and comfortable. The building’s facilities were also really nice as we had access to the pool, jacuzzi as well as a games room and gym. We only stayed one night so didn’t get to use all the facilities but we enjoyed what we did! In case anyone doesn’t speak Spanish, please be aware that not all staff speaks English so it could be a bit difficult to communicate.

El apartamento es como en las fotos, sus propietarios siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte y rápidamente. El lugar cuenta con parqueo, y cerca del aeropuerto. Recomiendo hospedarse en este airbnb he tenido una muy buena experiencia

My partner and I spent a week at Ulik and Andrea's place, and, it was fantastic! The location was excellent being minutes from the airport, and minutes away from City Mall with tons of local amenities. The unit was clean, we felt extremely safe on the property and the front gate security guard was also extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

Very cute, nice apartment with easy access to the airport. 24/7 security guards, so it feels very safe.

Unfortunately we couldn’t make it , due to a last minute change of plans… still the host was very responsive and helpful. I’m looking forward to booking it again in the near future
