Cushioned bay window seat. Large spa-bathroom, "kitchenette" alcove, walk-in closet. 560 sq ft plus bath, closet & patio.

Secured - completely separate and private enSuite w/bath in Updated Victorian home - access to washer/dryer, refrig, dining and work area, snacks, drinks, tea/coffee, Smart TV - Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu - Cable. Access to shared garden/decks. Ensuite is sleeping quarter within our Victorian home, close to but not adjacent to one used by owner who will be residing within and sharing the property with guests at the same time. You will only be a few steps to the Marina waterfront, beach, and Crissy Field. If you look toward your left, you can’t miss the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. You can stroll to Chestnut Street and Union Street where you will find restaurants and trendy store fronts.

Two Creeks Treehouse

Looking for a healthy dose of tranquility and adventure at your doorstep? Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.

Open to nightly rentals! Close to The Golden Gate Bridge and Muir Woods in magical Mill Valley. 400 sq ft + large deck of a well- appointed apmt in Tam Valley and with stunning view. Includes bedroom (king) with french doors, living room with pullout couch, a covered deck, and cooking area (see notes). Unwind when you arrive with a good book from our library and relax on the deck overlooking the many rolling hills of our breathtaking and wild neighborhood. :)
