This is a luxuriously designed studio which is attached to a main home, but completely private w/ it's own entrance. Well behaved pets welcome w/ a prepaid $35 pet fee, non refundable. Perfectly situated in a calm safe neighborhood just minutes from I10 and loop 375. There is one King bed and one small futon sofa, a great kitchenette, lovely full bathroom, 50” TV and HEPA filter. Once upon a time this space was a large garage, now has been professionally converted to this gorgeous oasis.

It has enough parking for two vehicles and is just minutes from I10 and loop 375. There is plenty of street parking as well. There is one KING bed, a kitchen, and shower and bathroom.
