The place was nice. It's in a quiet, but nice area on the Sukhumvit line. It's within walking distance to Punnawithi BTS and True Digital Park is nearby, which is a cool and quiet shopping mall in Bangkok. The place is clean, amenities nice, and it's worth what it costs to stay here. The host's communication was also great. One thing though, just now that you won't be able to cook here.

The place is exactly as described in the photos and I would easily rebook this stay when back in BKK. My only one hesitancy would be to confirm all elevators are now once again working as all but one elevator was shut down due to issues after the earthquake.

I had a fantastic stay at Aspire 48 in Bangkok! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for more than a week. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation, local food spots, and attractions. What made the experience even better was the host’s hospitality—always responsive, friendly, and helpful with any questions I had. I felt truly welcomed and at ease throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bangkok, and I’d gladly stay here again!

Milo is an amazing host and very accommodating. I booked his place last minute and he was very flexible to my needs regarding checkout due to a very late flight. His place is far enough from all the touristy noise but close enough to all the places you want to see in the city. It is conveniently located close to train and bus stations or an easy and inexpensive ride using taxi apps. He is friendly and provided suggestions to make our trip memorable!

Absolutely loved the hospitality and the friendliness of the Host and his wife. I felt right at home throughout the stay. The location is very peaceful and has everything for a digital nomad, I stayed there for a month and loved it. It’s green all around, and well equipped. The host made daily essentials like water, beverages all available at the ground floor which was a massive upside, I really liked that touch. I didn’t have to order a pack of water every time especially since the delivery is capped at a six pack every-time. Just one small caveat (absolutely has nothing to do with the property just a FYI for anyone who is scared of stray dogs) when you go outside the property, there are a pack of wild stray dogs at the only narrow road that connects the main road. So at night it gets scary and I was followed and barked at and the road has no footfall at night. They also follow while you cycle from and to the place. But overall, absolutely recommend for the price, no brainer!

Good clean and modern designed house. Kitchen and main living space is great. Would be smart to have prearranged transportation or have your own car. Side street can be a bit noisy with the amount of motorbikes zipping up and down it throughout the night.

We had an amazing time staying at Leena’s unit! From the moment we booked, she was super responsive and helpful in guiding us to the place. The unit itself was spotless, uniquely designed, and made for a really memorable stay. One of the real highlights was the on-site staff, who were incredibly kind and quick to help. Anytime we needed assistance, someone was there within minutes, which made us feel truly looked after. Being right on the river was such a treat. We took a walk along the banks, met some lovely locals (who even gifted us fresh mangoes!), and ended up on an unforgettable river trip courtesy of one of the nearby shop owner’s brother’s taxi boat. It was one of the best parts of our trip! Though the location is a bit further from the BTS, it’s easily accessible via Grab, and the On Nut area is definitely on the rise. As a bonus, the unit was fully stocked with water and coffee, which was a lifesaver since we arrived late and didn’t have time to run out for supplies.

I loved the home and the location. Really nice area for family and kids.

Everything was completely as expected. All the appliances worked, the rooms were clean and as stated in the description. I fell in love with the house everytime we came back to there. For people with a problem with some critters, please be aware that the house is ground level and some visitors are to be expected. We stayed for a longer period of time and Jojo offered that a cleaning crew come in too clean while we were staying there. Communication with Jojo was 12/10, we had an issue with the safe and he immediately reacted. We could not have wished for a better host. Will recommend to friends and will come again.

Very worth the price for a big group. The amenities and facilities provided are very comprehensive and complete (hairdryer, iron, towel, extensions, TV etc) although location wise is quite far from BTS station. Might want to be mindful as the unit is 4-stories high, could be a bit challenging for older people to stay.

Really enjoyed a week in this super functional little flat! Fantastic facilities in the building. Small grocery store and lots of street food nearby. MRT very close. Recommend!

Comfy & cozy and yet, spacious! Felt like a “home away from home” from the moment I arrived! Nuttama was an extremely helpful and responsive host from the start offering excellent suggestions on great places to eat nearby according to my particular tastes and, mentioned other helpful conveniences nearby, too. Nice building and, adjacent to a hotel with onsite restaurants. Loved the scent wafting through air in the lobby! Cool city view and yet, still felt private being on the 17th floor, with not one but, two balconies! Nice tub for a soak too, in addition to the separate enclosed shower area.

I recently stayed at this apartment and had an amazing experience! The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and 7/11. For future stays, it would be great to have a kettle in the kitchen for making tea or coffee, and a small foot towel in the bathroom would be a thoughtful addition. Wonderful stay! Both hosts are very responsive, helpful and kind. Interior is very chic. Whenever we needed something, they were always there for us. Me and my partner has everything we needed. Big TV, amazing amenities. Everything is chic. Quiet. You can cook normal meals if you miss homemade food. Great value for money. Also close to the metro station. Multiple restaurants nearby, ordering food is also super easy. There are meeting rooms, working space, swimming pool, gym. Such a smooth stay. We enjoyed our 2 months here. Right from the beggining host let me feel like home.15 minutes from the Airport Met me in person and was super friendly and even took the time to walk around with me and show me the area. Host was always avaliable for me for any questions - regardless of the time. The place was super clean and right like the picture- had feat amenities like swimming pool and a great gym. the mall is litarly 7 minutes walking to 50+ restaurants and every shop you can think of. Even during the earthquake the facility made my feel super safe and had zero damages. when ever I'm in the area again - that's my place to be 100% - Highly highly recommended.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Morita's Airbnb in Bangkok! The apartment was not only clean and spacious, but also had a warm and welcoming energy. The thoughtful touches, like the Dyson hair dryer, modern decor and the beautiful plants, made it feel like a true luxury home away from home. Morita was an incredible host, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and I loved the positive, clean, and refreshing atmosphere, thanks to the salt crystals and the plants. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating place in Bangkok!
