Home is open and spacious, with hardwood floors, a large living and dining area, and expansive backyard with views to the Samoa Dunes. The fenced backyard has a fire pit, propane grill, brand new hot tub/ outdoor shower, deck seating and large lawn. The Fairhaven Retreat is not located on the water, but is a quick 5 minute drive to the nearest beaches and trails.
