Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con acceso a la playa en Samar Island

It is my favorite place to stay in this 1920s Hawaii. He hires the friendyest people around and treats them great. It makes for a very great atmosphere to be around.

Many things worth mentioning here so I hope I rememer all: - Chris, his staff and expat guests all very friendly and helpful and offer valueble tips - been helped with many things - from small (lending a travel adapter) to big (staff helping me with the purpose of my trip: finding my family here - WITH SUCCES! which is priceless! - Hosts' bar & restaurant didn't serve only as a place to eat, but on my long stay also as a place for entertainment (Karaoke, Music nights, billard) and social bonding with his amazing staff (great conversations), I was even invited for a beach day which I really enjoyed and am very grateful, considering being solo female traveler - restaurant: not only do they cook with clean water but also did they cook vegetarian/pescetarian dishes for me and even offered me a drink that was not on the menu so I'd have something to drink, same with food, Chris was happy to try out something new for my requirements; another time staff organised me some Ice cream GREAT FOLK

Pour se rendre sur place, nous avons pris un bateau depuis naval (2 départs par jours). Sur place, Jovie et sa famille s'occupent de tout. Du transport entre le port et le logement, de l'excursion sur sambawa, des repas (très bon, environ 5 euros par repas pour 2) etc.... Ces supplements sont proposés à des prix très raisonnables. La famille est très accueillante ainsi que les personnes des villages environnant. Le tour de l'île fait environ 22 km. Nous aurions souhaité le faire à pied mais on nous l'a déconseillé. Il semblerait que certains villages craignent plus (avec des personnes alcoolisés). Il y a la possibilité de louer un scooter pour faire le tour. Il y a une belle plage accessible à pied. Malheureusement lors de notre séjour la route juste derrière était en travaux. Nous avons apprécié l'authenticité de ce séjour.

Spacious and clean home for our family of 6 adults! The outdoor area, pool deck, and dining room were perfect for the many visitors we received and entertained over our weeklong stay. We did a lot of cooking and appreciated the kitchen fully stocked with ample pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishware and cutlery. The strong A/C and swimming pool were refreshing amenities to come home to each day. While the water pressure isn’t as strong as our U.S. standards, having 3 full bathrooms was great. The live in family of caretakers use the bedroom next to the kitchen and stayed out of our way for the most part, but be aware they do walk around the outside premises throughout the day. They conveniently provided tricycle service when we needed it and replenished the drinking water often. The only negative (which is out of the owner’s control) is the music from the karaoke bars nearby which you can hear until after 1am every night! Otherwise a truly enjoyable stay and we will stay again!

This place was just perfect for us and for sure if we ever need to come back in the area we’ll chose to stay here again ! The room is wide, clean and the outside is simply perfect (feels just like in the province with the city really close) and peaceful. Special mention to the pillows that were just amazing! Moreover Ann and her son are very accommodating and you feel at home very quick. Would have loved to stay longer! Thank you for your kindness.
