The house matches what you see in the picture - it's only been used for a long time, so it needs to be rinsed before use - it's also full of ants. Be careful when you eat - but relaxing in the Whirlpool bath is the best of any accommodation - highly recommended if you want a quiet relaxation - if you're just sleeping, you should think about it - the host actively helps - the accommodation is more expensive than you think. You should give a little more discount

I enjoyed my stay at this fabulous apartment in downtown Bangkok. I have now stayed at all three of Gee’s apartments in this building, and this one is the best. It feels like home immediately upon entrance, charmingly decorated with paintings and wooden furniture, with two balconies and a fantastic view of the city. It overlooks a school, which is an oasis of green in the busy city, serving as a buffer against street noise. Sometimes when Phloen Chit Road clears up at night, motorbikes race up and down, so you might want earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Aside from that, the apartment is remarkably calm and quiet, a perfect work-from-home environment. The building staff is kind and friendly and responds within minutes to any maintenance requests. The apartment is next to a BTS station, but you can also walk everywhere. On a rainy day, it is possible to walk all the way to Siam Paragon mall without needing an umbrella, since there's a covered walkway the whole time. A special place!

The host was responsive, responsible; the apartment was clean, spacious and well furnished. Fuss free booking - highly recommended for families and friends. Rin and Nanas have been really helpful as well Kudos to the staff there!

It was located just in front of Central Chaeng Wattana and MTR Pink Line. Location was superb for mobilization using public transport. Rooms are very convenient and comfy. The Views was stunning and can enjoy beautiful Bangkok city from the 28th floor. The building is wheelchair accessible and just beside the main road surrounded by many restaurants.

Ann was a great host and the apartment was as described. Great rooftop pool and gym. Overall a great experience. Looking forward to our next stay.

It was squicky clean studio apartment . Location was great just 5 min walk from Ratchamdri BTS and 711 , dry cleaning , eaterys few blocks away. Overall a very pleasant recommended area for those that seek away from busy city but yet not far from it.

I can’t say enough good things about this amazing spot in the craziness of the city. You are in a very local village and it has so much charm. The room was so clean and the bed was comfortable. We used the communal kitchen every morning and it has everything you need. The pool and the grounds are kept immaculately clean. I will always stay here when we come through Bangkok. To get to the center of Bangkok takes awhile but if you get local taxis with a meter, it’s super reasonable. The MRT stop is a 17 minute walk from the house. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back.

Vich should have said this apartment is for 8-10 people. The apartment is so spacious! The place is also very clean and bright. It feels like home. There's also morning market downstair and it's only 3 minutes walk to BTS. Dont hesitate to book y'all. It's worth every penny

Wimonpak arreglo para que pudieramos entrar un poco antes, cosa que nos vino muy bien porque viajamos desde chiang mai ese dia. La pieza cumple pefecto para investigar parte de bangkok, es tranquilo el barrio y con taxis estas a 20 o 30 minutos de lugares como el barrio chino, el buda reclinado o siam road. Hay bastante actividad comercial y de restaurantes cerca de la casa sin necesidad de alejarse para buscar donde comer.

Excellent location, great apartment and lovely staff. I can thoroughly recommend it and would stay again. Btw. I saw some comments about the fan noise. It is quite noisy on high but as it ducted air, people probably don't realise you can still turn the fan level to low. It is much quieter on low.

We loved our stay, a unique and beautiful traditional house in such an interesting area. good to explore and get to the temples, palace and local market. Great hosts, friendly, responsive, helpful and gave us lots of useful information.

주변 지하철 역(BTS, MRT)들까지 도보로 이동할 수 있고 비교적 한적한 동네에 위치한 점이 좋았습니다. 호텔 서비스를 기대하는 게 아니라면 손색이 없었고 가족과 함께 잘 묵고 갑니다.

Appartement propre avec tout le nécessaire. Les stations de métro à proximité permettent une circulation facile dans Bangkok. Buay est une hôte prévenante et attentionnée. Je la recommande vivement !

L'appartement est très bien entretenu, propre et conforme à la description. Il est idéalement situé, ce qui facilite les déplacements et l'accès aux principaux points d'intérêt. L'entrée est simple et très bien expliquée, ce qui rend l'arrivée sans tracas. L'hôte est réactif, répond rapidement aux messages et se montre très serviable. On s'est sentis en confiance tout au long du séjour. Le seul point à noter : le lit est très ferme. Personnellement, je n’ai pas aimé, mais ma conjointe a adoré – c’est vraiment une question de préférence personnelle. Mis à part cela, tout était parfait !

I loved this place and extended my stay, open the door and step out to a dope pool & gym, great internet, comfortable bed, hot shower, ample desk space to work, lots of local amenities (Starbucks, 7eleven, etc nearby), communicative hosts

Very convenient location. Lots of local food shops around, right at the location. 7-11 and choices of laundry shop are right at the condo. The host is friendly and very responsive and supportive.

Benny is such a wonderful and helpful host! I really enjoyed staying here. The house looked bigger than the pictures and it is well equipped. The pool is very well maintained and high quality. There are shops nearby in walking distance. I highly recommend Benny's place!

We had a really great stay at the apartment. It has all the needed amenities, it’s very clean with a good wifi for the remote work. There’s everything you need including a great pool & gym with the view. Highly recommended!

Waren bevoorrecht om deze condo te mogen huren, complete inrichting, goed bed, complete badkamer met (regen)douche, en bad......en schitterend uitzicht over de chaopraya! En dan het zwembad op de 6e verdieping, werkelijk schitterend! Ook was er een complete gym,.....maar hebben daar geen gebruik van gemaakt. Gratis bootservice naar de overkant inclusief. Nath is een superhost!, reageerde altijd meteen bij vragen en dacht meteen mee in oplossingen en regelde het! Wij zijn al verschillende keren in Bangkok geweest, maar deze keer was het toch wel helemaal top! Bij deze wil ik ook het personeel, zoals de dames van de schoonmaak, de beveiliging benoemen voor hun werk, vriendelijkheid en service gerichtheid, niets was hun teveel!! Wij hebben het heel erg naar onze zin gehad en kunnen echt niet bedenken wat beter zou kunnen,.....nogmaals mr. Nath, dank u wel voor de gastvrijheid!!

Amy's place was delightful, conveniently located near shops and equipped with all the necessities. She was an exceptional host, always quick to respond, with clear communication and straightforward instructions. It was evident that she genuinely cared about her guests and wasn't just focused on making money. I would definitely love to stay here again for a longer period😊 Thank you for everything Amy!
