Lots of good ice fishing just down the road. The kitchen is fully stocked and a great place to host Thanksgiving, Christmas or any other holiday. It is close to town, yet it feels out of the way. Please no parties as this is a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors will call in any noise disturbances.
