The Studio at Parsonage Barn, Odstock is a recently converted barn, nestled in the heart of Wiltshire’s Chalke Valley, yet a stone’s throw away from the historic city of Salisbury. Here, you will be surrounded by beautiful countryside with warm and welcoming pubs at your fingertips. Whether it’s peace and quiet that you need, or the convenience of Salisbury being a short drive away, The Studio will be perfect for you. It’s also ideal positioning for Salisbury District Hospital staff and visits.

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Salisbury house - free off street parking & garden

Hidden Gem is a delightful 3 bed house with a free off street parking space dedicated to guests and a private walled garden with Cathedral views. Just 5 minutes from Fisherton Street with it's many restaurants and the Playhouse, a 7 minute walk from the railway station and an easy 15 minute walk to the City's Market Square and Cathedral Close and all the city centre amenities. Waitrose and Sainsbury's supermarkets are both within walking distance as are a fine array of take away outlets.

The low ceilings and spiral staircase mixed with modern fittings and south-facing windows (including a view of the cathedral spire!) create a special atmosphere. Just a 3-minute walk from the market square, restaurants, pubs and shops. Whether you are staying for work or leisure, it's an ideal base from which to explore Salisbury and surrounding area. Free parking is available for one vehicle.

Cosy comfortable cottage

No4, Railway Cottage was originally home to the local railway workers and now offers cosy comfortable accommodation, with lovely views across open fields and a wonderful private, sunny garden for lazy afternoons and al fresco dining. The garden is a particular attraction, providing various areas for relaxing, including a small fruit orchard, part of which is kept as a wildflower meadow. The cottage is primarily set up for 4 guests but possible to sleep 6 by using sofa-bed in dining room.

The Tiny House

Our gorgeous converted Tiny House offers you a cosy and comfortable getaway in one of the most scenic and historic corners of rural Wiltshire, just a couple of miles outside Salisbury. The house is situated within a private walled garden and the view looks across water meadows bordering the River Avon, towards the city's cathedral. The Tiny House is compact but perfectly designed to be cosy, (under floor heating and a log burner) comfortable and have everything you need for your stay.

Charming Riverside Cottage and Garden

Situated in a peaceful area of Wilton, the interior is pretty and cosy, you can also enjoy the garden with the river at the bottom. The house is convenient for the town centre which has great cafes, independent shops, a bakers, convenience stores, pubs and restaurants, all within walking distance. There is also access to the countryside surrounding the town. Wilton is well sited for access to Salisbury, Stonehenge, Bath, The New Forest, The Jurassic Coast and the surrounding areas.

Newly refurbished for 2023, Meadow Cottage sleeps up to 6, is dog friendly, has free parking and is situated just a 10-minute drive or a 20-minute walk across the water meadows to Salisbury Cathedral and the city centre. This luxurious cottage is good for couples, families, and groups, although unsuitable for guests with limited mobility. Includes cinema room with 65" TV. Eco-friendly toiletries & paper products. Parking for two cars. Luxury continental breakfast hamper included.

A beautiful self contained end of terraced private house approx a 10-15 minute walk into Salisbury city centre, the cathedral and a very short walk from the train station. A 5 minute walk to the local supermarket Waitrose and other stores. Round the corner you can access the meadows which is a pleasant place for walking, from here you can walk all the way up to old Sarum. Stonehenge is approx a 15 min drive. There is parking at the rear of the property for 2 cars back to back.

Located between the historic cities of Winchester and Salisbury ,Colindale Cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Test Valley and beyond. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the New Forest are close by. The coast is approx and hour away. Dogs are welcome. Nether Wallop is a pretty village in the heart of the Test Valley close to the small town of Stockbridge with its independent shops and eateries. Nether Wallop featured in the Miss Marple series starring Joan Hickson.
