Lovely apartment in a gated community. We booked last minute and needed a cot and the hosts were more than happy to sort everything before we arrived. The apartment has a nice pool and we were the only ones there in the day. It's also really easy to get the airport and the view from the balcony is lovely.

Absolutely stunning place at a prime location all the best bars, restaurants snorkelling spots, shopping, gym I mean everything you can ask for, local super markets. Close to speightstown just gorgeous. Communication and property management was also spot on, although we were in the hottest time of the year the mid portion of the house can get a little hot, but then you have a lovely plunge pool to cool Off and rooms are spacious and air con in every single room. The amnesties and bbq grill every single attention to detail. I cannot recommend it enough and hopefully we will be back soon. Shout out to Chris and Katina as well. We even had a chef recommended by them to come and cook for us bajan food, and it was amazing. Thank you Amanda and Nigel once again you were brilliant hosts. Felt like we were at home.

Our first time in Barbados and we really enjoyed Seahaven. Ocean right off the back patio with an outdoor shower to rinse off. Beach was nice soft sand above the water but rocky more than ankle deep so some water shoes would help if you’re walking in. Very close to numerous other beautiful beaches, delicious restaurants, and other activities (mostly to the north for us)! It is on the west (ocean side) of the main road going north-south down the west coast so there are many things to do or eat just two turns away. Perfect sunsets! Drivers were very courteous letting us turn in and out so even though there was traffic at times it wasn’t difficult getting in or out. The house was very comfortable with lots of space, well-functioning AC, great water pressure with tankless hot water heater. Internet speed was very good. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and dishes. If you’re sleeping the in the east bedroom you might need an eye mask if you’re going to sleep past 6:00, the sun’s up early!

My family and I enjoyed staying at the villa. It was large enough to accommodate four adults and one child. It was stylish and welcoming. We had everything we needed. My niece did not want to leave the villa.

A fantastic house in Bajan style. Plenty space inside for 6 adults. All equipments that you will need is there. My stay at Sugarcane Ridge St. James, Barbados, was an experience I'll cherish forever. This property, perfectly nestled on the edge of a serene golf course, offered not just breathtaking views but also an unmatched level of comfort and tranquility. The host's responsiveness, helpfulness, and friendliness added a personal touch that made our stay even more special. They were always available to ensure our needs were met, making us feel right at home. Moreover, the cleaning staff were some of the most delightful people I've encountered. Their warmth and meticulous attention to detail in keeping the property pristine contributed greatly to the overall enjoyment of our stay. It was clear they took great pride in their work, and their kindness did not go unnoticed. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit to this Airbnb location. Sugarcane Ridge is truly a gem in Barbados, offering an escape that combines luxury, comfort, and the warmth of genuine hospitality.

Lovely lovely street and neighborhood. Gated community was quiet and peaceful. Easy walking distance to the stairs at Freights Bay. Walking distance to Cafe Luna (beautiful restaurant) and Surfers Bay (another great spot to eat). Neighborhood and private community was wonderful. Neighbors were friendly and very pleasant. Nicky was very responsive on every question and text. We will be back for sure!

I highly recommend this property. We loved our holiday at Kaye’s and would definitely return. I’ve stayed at various locations on the island and this is definitely the best. It’s a spacious comfortable home from home, in a peaceful neighbourhood. The manager Allison was friendly and helpful, and she responded promptly when there was a minor problem (our fault!). The house was well provisioned, with good details like lots of spare towels, kit for the beach, plentiful crockery and utensils. There’s a lovely comfortable shaded outdoor seating area. The neighbourhood is quiet (just nocturnal cockerels and some barking dogs), the locals are friendly, and we were only 15 mins easy walk from the excellent Miami Beach, which has lots of shade, a calmer bay at the far end, and 2 kiosks selling drinks and lunch. Another 5-10 mins walk takes you to Oistins, with its fish fry, supermarket and the bus service.

I had a wonderful stay with Natasha and Richard, both very kind and helpful and respond very promptly if you ever need to speak with them. The area is lovely, leafy and green. The roof terrace is a lovely touch, again very private. The apartment is very spacy, has a spare room which if ever you have an extra guest could come in handy. I felt super comfortable. I took full advantage of the front loading washer and drier. such a steal and really the main reason for my picking this location 😅. Very lovely and peaceful stay and would love to visit again!

Really had a great time at Michele & Pia’s place. We rented a car. The location easy to find and is a straight shot from the BGI airport. Masey’s for grocery is close by. Walking distance to Rockley beach plus has good options for restaurants close by. We were there to watch the World Cup T20 cricket matches and caught a few others at the sports bar. Island is easy to explore and people are friendly. The air conditioning was good in the bedrooms & lounging area upstairs but rather toasty in living area and kitchen. We enjoyed the lovely verandah in early morning and late evenings. Overall a great place that we would love to return to.

We had a wonderful week at Nanpa - especially enjoyed the peace and quiet. After a day out it was lovely to just walk in and feel 'at home' as it is beautifully presented and equipped - loved all the homely touches. Loved the early morning visits by the hummingbirds and the monkeys ran daily along the back fence. Paul was great during out stay sending useful videos and instructions, although everything was pretty straightforward to work out. Thanks to Marcia also who was always available and a delight to deal with. It was easy to catch the local buses (a bit crazy but part of the local culture) to anywhere just down the road and Holetown was a favourite. Also paid a visit to Hunte's Gardens - a must see in Barbados. Fabulous exotic garden with music playing. Thank you Paul and Karen for a restful and great week in your lovely home. Beautiful villa across the street from the beach. Everything about the house was exactly how described. New, clean, comfortable and well appointed for cooking. Friendly staff at check in and at mid week cleaning. Roof deck, patio and plunge pool were perfect. We loved the area, away from busy Holetown and Bridgetown. Walkable to beach and Juma’s beach bar and chair rental. Also walkable to high end Lonestar and Faimont, plus other public rental area. Easy access to buses. Busy road to cross so be careful as there are limited sidewalks and traffic flows are different than US. We will definitely stay here again!

We have just got home from our 2 weeks stay at Eleanor’s villa. We normally stay with family but chose an Airbnb this time and what a great choice we made. The villa was beautiful, accommodated 7 of us comfortably, had everything you needed. The location was perfect for us, a few minutes walk to Miami Beach, 5 minutes away from Freights for surfing for the hubby and kids. 10 minutes into OISTENS and to the bigger supermarket. And a hop on the number 11 to anywhere else on the island was just 2 minutes at the end of the road. We felt extremely safe in the villa, the surrounding neighbourhood is lovely. Fiona was a fantastic host, replies to any questions immediately and let us have a later check out time which helped greatly with our flight home times. We were all very sad to leave this beautiful villa, it felt like home from home. We will definitely be back next year. Thankyou so much.

Very spacious and well equipped place. About a 15 minute walk to Miami Beach which our family really enjoyed! Waves on one side and a more calm bay on the far side of the lifeguard tower. We saw turtles and really enjoyed exploring the beach just across the street at the little beach access east of Freights Bay at low tide. It was too wavy to swim at Freights Bay when we were there but we loved watching all the surfers and watching the sun set. Great breeze on the patio and the dip pool was a big hit with the kids. A/C was great and beds were firm and super comfortable. 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels were helpful. We rented cars and it was a good spot to explore from. We felt very safe. A great home base for our Barbados adventure!

OK folks listen up. I have stayed in Holetown airbnbs every spring for the last decade. This was the BEST AirBnb I've stayed in. Lynda was super responsive, the property was clean, comfortable, and the location is OUT OF THIS WORLD; ~60 seconds walk to the beach, 5 min walk into Holetown (or 10 along the beach), AC in bedrooms worked great and fan in main living room was totally sufficient for cooling. Will absolutely go back; fantastic experience!

Johnathon is a top-notch host. He is very easy to get in touch with and responds very quickly. He knows the local area well and was helpful with recommendations and advice. Problems that came up were dealt with and resolved as quickly as possible. Zaheera (property manager) is equally as helpful and caring. The house is clean, spacious and lovely, exactly as shown/listed. The plunge pool and decking is one of the best on the property, imo, as it is private and well cared for. The larger swimming pool was also clean, refreshing and relaxing. Beautiful beach is a 5 min walk. A very safe area with friendly neighbours. We enjoyed the quiet, relaxing location, away from the busy areas but easy enough to grab a cab or bus for a day or evening out.

Dawn’s place was exactly as advertised. Beautiful town house, very warm and inviting. One of the group arrived 4 days in advance and stayed in the property alone. It was secure and the neighbours are very helpful, they add to the feeling of safety. The place has great facilities, everything you need. Fans downstairs and air conditioning upstairs, but with all the windows open you get a lovely breeze. 10 minute walk from the mall and 8-10 minute drive to our favourite rockley beach. There is public transport which is easy and convenient to get to Bridgetown. Dawn is a fabulous host. She even stayed up when the first guest arrived despite the time difference to make sure we got in okay. She was always available to message and we spoke on the phone a few times. She encouraged us to treat her home as our own which made us feel really welcome and at home. Thank you Dawn, you made our trip!

This villa is 1/6 in a gated and walled enclosure which was private and secure. There were 4 of us staying (2 couples) and there was plenty of room. Would work well with a family with kids as well. It was a great location to be mid-way between Bridgetown and Speigstown so it made it easy to see the entire west coat of the island. The property manager was extremely quick to respond and was very helpful and friendly starting from meeting with her on our arrival to give us full details of the property. The entire house was well maintained, clean and even had a few basic necessities in the fridge and kitchen upon our arrival. The plunge pool was a very lovely way to end the day after being at the beach. Grocery store was within walking distance along with a couple of nice restaurants on the beach. Loved the place and would definitely stay again. Already planning our next visit and staying here again!
