Great location and everything was as described! We had tons of room to spread out. Cute and very comfortable.

Very clean,lots of room for my family. Spacious backyard for dogs. Walking distance to beach and restaurants, go carts,golf lots of things to do. Would highly recommend

Perfect stay for our son’s baseball tournament. Close to everything and a 5 min walk to the beach. A plus was they have everything you need for the beach including chairs and towels. Great memories made with our family. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice condo right over the water. They are recovering from Helene and there was some construction going on while we were there, which was not too disruptive. There is no beach directly in front of the house since it’s right over the water, but the beach is a very short walk away. The house was clean and just as pictured. Plenty of towels, dishes, etc. and also plenty of beach chairs provided. We found the beds too firm and the pillows uncomfortable. We would stay again.

Great location. Beach gear provided is an excellent bonus. Parking and space was no problem. Very clean. Fully stocked with kitchen utensils. Easily slept 7.

This Air BNB was everything that was noted and photographed online. To be honest for the price I didn’t expect it to be perfect. We had everything that you could think of that was needed. His communication was amazing. He replied very promptly. I definitely plan on booking very soon. Curtis you and your house gets a 10/10 with me. Thank you

This was a beautiful condo. Everything was so perfect. The view of the gulf from the couch was a nice touch. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the condo was perfect! Communication from the owners was wonderful. We will definitely stay there again when we come back.

Perfect place to stay on the beach! Room is nicely furnished and super clean. Location, location, location!!! You don’t have to leave. Schooners beach bar and restaurant is next door. I will definitely be back! 😊

So Clean! Beautiful house, very private, so close to the beach! We had an amazing time! I looked at so many different places before choosing where to stay. I would highly recommend this house, lots of room, a 1 minute walk to the beach, and the private pool was so great! They allowed our dog to come with us, and there was a nice side yard of grass for him to explore while we hung out in the pool! Great parking spots included, fenced on both sides from the neighbors! Even though were were around other rentals, it felt like there was nobody near us! The neighborhood was very nice, and an extra plus was to have the gas store within walking distance when you forgot to bring sunscreen! Lisa was super helpful and very quick to respond! I will be using them again for sure!

As soon as we walked in, we felt at home. Everything was clean uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here. Beach was close. And also was close to Captain Jack’s in pineapple willies, which are great places to go eat. The host always responded kept in touch and asked if we needed anything to let them know. Thank you for making our stay great.

We had a great time staying in Port St Joe. Great local restaurants and lovely local people and tourists alike. The beach was not crowded and a short walk away though off of a fairly busy road. A golf cart rental would make that journey a lot easier if traveling with young kids. We would definitely come back.

Kelli’s place had everything our family of four was looking for. The place has wonderful beach and ocean views, it was clean, had a great layout, and most of all we felt safe and comfy. She has a lot of appliances so we were able to grab groceries and still eat at “home”. Our girls are older but there were baby gear items which was so sweet. The condo association here has some toy bins right at the beach access and people seem to just leave shovels, balls, and boogie boards and things when they are done with them. I’m pretty sure we’re booking this place again soon for next year just to make sure we have it again, and I’ve already told my sister this is the place to book if she visits the area! Overall, we felt like our host was thoughtful and took pride in her home; we were well taken care of.

We stayed six days at this beach house and had a great time though we didn’t realize it would be Thunder Motorcycle Rally Week in PCB! We came hoping for a quiet escape, but the energy was part of the fun.😁 Thankfully, the host kindly let us check in early, and the home, right across from the beach public access was clean, comfy, and had everything you might need.. The location was perfect, walking distance to stores and restaurants. We were warned about the construction next door, and the workers were kind enough to delay starting when we asked. We were blessed that they had a short week. The pool was warm, the hot tub hot (just set the timer and give it 10 minutes). Being on Thomas Drive, the bike noise was real but we moved to a quieter room near the pool and slept just fine. Everyone in PCB was incredibly kind. We’d definitely stay again for the location, hospitality, and beachside charm. It is fur baby and family approved.🥰

We just got back from the best vacation ever! The house was gorgeous! Clean as clean can be and bright, airy and beautiful. We lived at the pool and the beach the entire week. The wind was crazy so the heated pool was a necessity. I asked that the pool be heated before we got there and Marissa had it nice and warm for us on arrival. this was our Christmas present to our kids and it did not disappoint. We had 10 adults and five children. Every family had their own room and bathroom, which was lovely. Below the house we were able to park all our vehicles which were one truck and three minivans and we had room to spare. The walk to the beach was quick and easy for all our little ones. We have plenty of towels and chairs and toys. Thank you Marissa for a fabulous week!

Everything was great. The house was perfect, location was wonderful and the host was very helpful. Wonderful stay 10 out 10.. I would highly recommend for anyone especially for families .

Amazing location! Short distance to the beach and across the road we could put in our kayaks. Will definitely be back to this area.

This location is unbeatable! Walk back from dinner straight to the sunset views right on the beach. This home is always neat and tidy with plenty of room. Jessica is a very responsive host. We have stayed here twice and would absolutely stay again.

I rented both villas and they literally became my vacation!! They were so comfortable I didn’t want to leave them to go out on the town. Everything; such as the beach, stores and restaurants, is within a 5 minute drive. Jodey was very responsive and accommodating! I can’t express enough how great of a place this was!!! We will be returning yearly!!!

Wow! Breathtaking views right from the balcony, private and peaceful and yet within just a few minutes of anything you need. We booked with Sunny pretty last minute but we certainly weren’t disappointed! This spot is beautiful! Clean, comfortable, and right on the beach, it’s a must of PCB! We’ll definitely be staying again!

Christine was amazing. She was very quick to respond and answer any questions we had. Traveling with my four daughters (age eighteen, seventeen and three) can be daunting, however, this air and b was perfect for our family of six. The beach was walking distance, somy teenager were able to go by themselves. Because we have a rather large family, didn't get to use the golf cart, but appreciated that it was available. My husband loved the hot tub. Thank you for an amazing family vacation!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying here. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Valeriya was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Will definitely book same place if we come back to Panama City Beach.
