For the kids there is a 4th bedroom with a bunker bed. The bedrooms are downstairs. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are on the same level. There is a build in braai on the balcony. Outside is a swimming pool, another build in braai and deck with sun beds. and a full solar panel system is installed. A 9 hole golf course is on estate.

We are situated a stones throw away from the popular Friday Island and Kokomo beach bar restaurants and only 1km walk to Langebaan Main Beach.

This unit approximately 750 m from the beach. The tranquillity and relaxed atmosphere of the West Coast is infectious. The accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house comfortably sleeps 4 people.
