Built in 1867, Tanner Building is the oldest building in downtown Bay City. The 12 ft ceilings and 8 foot tall windows allow for a light and airy feel. This home was created for my wife (Sarah) after we received difficult news of her cancer diagnosis (Ewing Sarcoma) while pregnant. We were able to create an uplifting environment to support her as she battled courageously. Unable to leave the home much, we decided to bring life's beauty to her within the home and around the property. Sarah was the ultimate host who loved to bring people together. We now visit for my little kids to remember their mom. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Enjoy this charming home built in 1914. This home has beautiful original woodwork throughout the home. Enjoy soaking in the claw foot tub. The Alexander home is located in a quiet Saginaw City neighborhood close to hospitals, shopping and restaurants. It is only a short drive to Frankenmuth, Bay City, and Midland. Mid-century remodeled Frankenmuth home. Beautiful setting with huge trees, great sunsets and a train depot that is almost 150 years old complete with the track-switch lever, pot belly stove, and old phone. Our goal was to provide accommodations that had everything you need for a family with children while on vacation. There is also a brand new wheel chair for those who may need one. Ample room for parking provided as well . Approximately two miles to the city limit.
