We had an amazing stay! Beautiful condo the decor is spotless & the outdoor deck is a huge bonus. Watching the sunset or having coffee in the morning really lade the stay even more relaxing. I cant wait to go back. :)

Greg’s place is absolutely beautiful, private, and feels just like home. My girlfriend and I had the most magical experience and enjoyed spectacular sunsets and even northern lights on the private beach which was accessible steps away from our door. Greg was very friendly and had excellent recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the montauk area. Highly recommend!

Really cute and clean place, so happy we stayed here! It was perfect little place for a getaway to relax, even in the winter months. Everything inside was up to date and it had everything we needed. It even looked better in real life than the photos. Highly recommend!

Dies ist unsere erste AirBnB Erfahrung. Die Kommunikation mit KC im Vorfeld war super. Die Unterkunft ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, so dass wir uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Unseren Kindern hat das Kinderzimmer sehr gut gefallen und mir die Veranda. Unsere Kinder sind sehr aufgeweckt und laut und das ist für Gastgeber sicherlich eine Herausforderung. Wir sind dementsprechend froh, dass es keine Beschwerden gab. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a great week at this unit. Great view of the ocean. The staff was very helpful. The beach is a less than five minute walk across the street from the resort. The resort is about a 15 minute walk to the center of town. Highly recommend the sushi restaurant Bamboo at the Breakers next door. The walls are thin, but it didn’t take away from our week.

Our stay was exactly what we needed! The description has everything in it! But, Michael and Kirsten got back to me ASAP always helpful answers and never inconvenienced. Their place is in perfect location for our group. The apartment is exactly as described. Thanks for a great stay!

My stay here was a perfect respite away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Tucked away in the dunes, very short walk to access the beach, quick ride into downtown Montauk, and private. Very beautiful place and I will definitely be back. Thank you again!

We try and rent this place every time we come to the area. It is immaculate, well appointed and the hosts are very responsive. The property is also beautiful - with a swing set, giant yard and fire pit and it’s a great set-up for families with dogs and kids. I should mention for non kid and dog people that the level of cleanliness is incredible and the place is beautiful so don’t shy away if you don’t have kids or pets!!

This home is beautiful and so spacious! Proximity to East Hampton and Springs, yet very private and peaceful. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Great rental with easy nearby walkable beach access. The fenced back yard was great for the dogs who are used to being outside. The location was awesome to enjoy surrounding areas with an easy drive. The house was comfortable and perfect for our family.

Mary’s Greenport home was a wonderful oasis during Spring Break! We loved waking up to rabbits hopping around the backyard in the morning. We enjoyed firing up the grill and sharing a meal outside. This is definitely great place to book if you have kids who love being outdoors (the yard is completely fenced in!) we loved being in close proximity to great shopping, beaches/parks & restaurants. We would love to visit again in the summer. Thanks for everything!

We had a lovely fall weekend stay at Paul’s place. The house and the water views are just as pictured. Convenient location allowed us a good home base to explore the north fork wine trail and local businesses. We did have one small plumbing issue during our stay however Paul was extremely responsive to ensure it did not affect our stay at all. It was a nice experience having such a responsive host. Overall our friend group had a great time and would return again.

Eddie’s place was one of the best homes we’ve stayed in via Airbnb. He was tremendously accommodating and responsive. The home was very clean and accommodated our family well. We’ll definitely book here again when we return to LI!

We had a wonderful two day stay at Roger and Amy’s place. It was fantastic- such a beautiful, inviting home. Our kids had a blast in the heated pool- we could barely get them to come out despite it being under 60 degrees out! The kitchen was stocked with more than just kitchen basics- the spice cabinet had soo many different choices ! It was probably the most perfect AirBnb experience I’ve had and we travel plenty.

Picture perfect! Newly updated accommodations with all the comforts of home. Extremely clean and very well managed. The view from this place is incredible. The perfect oasis in Montauk. Khrisna was extremely responsive and accommodating in our needs. Will definitely be back again!

John and Cathy are amazing hosts. This was our second consecutive summer stay in their condo and it does not disappoint. The place and the amenities they provide are amazing and they are a wonderful couple who respects your privacy but are there for anything you need. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Cliffside for our wedding weekend! Alice was very flexible with us, which we appreciated because getting married is chaotic enough LOL. Would highly recommend staying here. The unit was spotless and had a wonderful view. We could not have asked for a better stay!

My stay at Julie’s was wonderful, I was always able to message and get a quick response she was very accommodating. The view was beautiful and felt comfy like home. I will definitely be returning in the summer once it’s warmer !

Our second time renting a condo at Rough Riders in Montauk. Contrary to the name, there is nothing rough about this picturesque location with unobstructed views of the ocean, pier and wonderful wildlife everywhere. The condo we rented Sept 30 -Oct 2, 2023 has a well appointed kitchen with new amenities, including a pot filler faucet over the stove! Pristine/clean condo and lovely deck for lounging w/ book and coffee. The couch is very comfortable and the master bedroom has plenty of closet and bureau space for longer stays. The 2nd bedroom has bunkbeds so not ideal for two couples but perfect for small families. The television was a little tricky (if you bring tv-loving kids). Not walkable to downtown but theres at least one restaurant/bar just outside the entry to this gated community. Short drive to shops/restaurants in downtown Montauk. Horse lovers call Deep Hollow Ranch in advance to book truly memorable trail rides. Enjoy!!
