Not too crowded or busy, just right to decompress and enjoy some good French food. The wine selection is quite good and there is enough selection, vegetarian included, to satisfy most palettes. There is also some stuff to snack on if you just want wine and a little something.

Fantastic Butcher Shop ! The highest quality, not to mention the fact that the Butcher is more than happy to offer his (very good) advice on how to cook each cut of meat. As a new resident of Griffintown, this is definitely where you should go to get your meat from now on.

It's a gorgeous venue, the decor has some cachet... still has the old balconies and the worked metal railings. Nice open space, nice atmosphere, prices for tickets and drinks are reasonable. Very enjoyable!

They also have the basics, meaning milk, butter, eggs, yogurt and many other choices of North American groceries. Huge choices of fresh cheese. Prices are much better than other supermarkets in Montreal. You can also stop for lunch which is also good and very reasonable especially if you select their weekly special sandwich.

Don't be discouraged by the sometimes awkward layout and the sheer number of people; PA is worth it. This grocer has great produce, great butchers on-site and have some of the best prices in the city.
