Great place for breakfast/brunch. The crabby omelet is to die for! This place is popular, so expect a wait time for a table, but it's easy to hang out with a coffee while waiting.

Worth the 2-hour drive - an amazing glacier that you can walk up to and even hike on; if you hike over the glacier about 30-40 minutes you see incredible ice formations, lakes, and cliffs.

Trailhead on the Seward Highway that leads to numerous great trails, take the Rabbit Lake one (6 miles one way) if you want to get away from the highway. Day trip or camp overnight at the Lake.

Our favorite spot for salmon fishing July-August is at the Russian River/Kenai River confluence. Recommend booking a tour or guide if you are not an expert salmon fisherman :-)
