Food is always yum, just like homemade, service is nice. Keep in mind that there's no menu there. You can either choose from the food you see being cooked by the entrance or ask for something specific (they have lentil soup, kebabs, lahmacun, pide, desserts). My forever favorites are saç (kavurma) made of beef and chicken sote with a garnish of boiled rice (pilav). They are closed on Sundays though

Museum is interesting and there's a 360° view of the city from the upper floor (14th floor i guess). Mind that there's no air conditioning (super hot in summer) and no elevator there.

The lake is called Turkish Maldives for the clear blue water and white mineral soil around it. From the year of 2020 the lake started drying out incredibly fast so swimming now is not allowed but the view is still pretty

The most interesting antique city I've been to so far. the territory is very wide, best time for visiting is early morning. Make sure you wear comfy shoes and clothes as there's lots of hiking and get plenty of water with you.
