It is located in the center of the city, varity of clothing stores, restaurants (Wood Ranch, Bruxie, yard house, pacific fish gril...), Coffee shop (Dipps), Afters Ice Cream (try their Jasmine tea ice cream with hot milky bun, Yum!), PinkBerry, Barnes & Noble Booksellers & Cafe. They also have farmers market on every Wed. Great environment! During the day, it seems very busy and family friendly. At night, it's more quite and some what romantic. I like to sit in their out door sofa next to the water fountain just to hangout with friends and enjoy ice creams.

Try their sea bass miso yaki (sea bass baked with miso sauce), baked lobster roll, lots of fresh seafood and good deal on the combos. Yelp it before you go! :)
