This is the newest shopping area in Terrell. It all started with a Buc-ee's and grew from there. Shops include a Hobby Lobby, Academy, Ross, Marshalls and more. There are also many chain fast food and dine in restaurants in the area.

This place is a Wills Point staple. They started out with a small tamale stand and now have a meat market and a restaurant with some dining inside. The breakfast burritos are amazing but you can't leave without some tamales.

Bowling by the how and an arcade are nice, but the real draw is the dine in theaters with fully reclining seats. We like to have a beer and some appetizers early in the movie.
