Around the property, you will see a lot of bikers who explore the trails in the area.
If weather permits and you like hiking, South Mountain Park and Preserve is only 2.6 miles away. There are parking spots in the area but it can be full during peak season.
Desert Foothills park is 1.1 mile away and has 2 volleyball courts, a basketball court, 2 tennis courts and a playground. You can choose to bike to this park but there is ample parking space too.
