A great place if you want to try a not pretentious and homemade - traditional cooking. It is in Sori. No sea view from the restaurant but an authentic (and delicious!) experience. Try their “farinata” and “torte miste”: enjoy!

Camogli is one of the most characteristic Ligurian harbour (and one of my favorite place!). 10 minutes by train from Bogliasco.

Another little village on the coast, less than 10 minutes by train from Bogliasco. A big beach (Liguria terms) and a few nice restaurants around too!

Another favorite and must seen place close to Bogliasco. You can reach San Fruttuoso di Camogli and its Abbey by foot for those who like some medium-level trekking (from San Rocco di Camogli, alongside the coast or crossing the Monte di Portofino natural park) or by boat from Bogliasco or Camogli.
