This place has excellent cosy interior, very nice service (in Estonia it is a big deal), friendly prices and very good mimosas and food! If you love waffels, then this is your place.

Take taxi to lovely Kadriorg, this is where is the "white house" of Tallinn. Gourmet Caffee is a great place for brunch or just to pick coffee to go. It's right next to Kadriorg park, where you can enjoy lovely walk up. On the upper side of the park there is one of the biggest Estonian art museum called KUMU. If you are into arts and it happened to be a rainy day, you can spend there quite a time.

It's not expensive at all, under 10 euro per day. I recommend to get bikes and ride around the city. It's such a small city and you wont need more then a day, to visit most of the places in the centre.
