Sightseeing

Wells next-the-Sea is a great harbour town which received the runaway winner of the first Sunday Times “Beach of the Year” award. It is a traditional seaside town, full of great little shops, cafés, amusements, old buildings and lanes still existing from its heritage as a port and former maltings industry.

Food scene

Burnham Market is one of North Norfolk’s loveliest villages and is located around 5 miles from us. It’s a beautiful, vibrant and trendy village centred around the green. Burnham Market is the perfect place to shop and dine. It has a post office, butchers, and over 30 independent shops. It has a wide range of high quality food products and some beautiful stylish accessories for home and garden. Burnham Market holds two fine culinary destinations, No Twenty9 and Socius. If you’re looking for a takeaway, in my opinion The Mermaid – Fish and Chips is great!
