Luquillo has one of my favorite beaches because the water is always flat and calm - ideal for swimming! They also have water sports like jet skiing and kayaks - great for the whole family! Right behind the beach is a long strip of kiosks with local food, drinks and shops. A great place to buy souvenirs.
