I've only ever tasted pizza this good in Italy. Monte Forte is only a stones throw from your front door so even if they are fully booked, take away is a great option. Locals swear by the American Honey www.monteforte.co.uk

If you want craft beer this is the place to go. The Tap Room is open every day apart from Monday and sells a range of craft beers, from local favourite and flagship bitter Progress to to Somers Lager. If you don't care for beer there is plenty of variety of wines and spirits on offer too. In summer take a seat and watch the cricket at adjacent Reigate Priory Cricket Club

Reigate has a few South Asian restaurants and to be fair to them all there isn't a bad one but Saffron Summer is a little bit out of the ordinary with some unique dishes.

Shopping

With The Annex located at the end of the High Street it is easy to explore the many eateries and shops in the compact town centre. While you can get coffee from Starbucks and Costa take the opportunity to visit Chapel in Bell Street for coffee. Shopping ranges from chains such as Fat Face to The Qwerky Place. You can get food from Nandos and Wagamama but why not try local options such as Cullenders. There are many local pubs in the town but we suggest seeking out The Pilgrim Brewery. For such a small town you can easily spend a day exploring the High Street.

Sightseeing

A walk up Reigate Hill is quite a climb via Pilgrims Way but is rewarded by magnificent views from the North Downs. If you aren't that mobile just drive up to the top of the hill go round the Junction 8 roundabout and you'll find a car park and coffee shop. https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/reigate-hill-and-gatton-park
