There are magnificent mountain views off CR67 and CR1 both roads leading to Cripple Creek. This historic mining town also offers many casinos and shops to visit. If you’re lucky you may see mountain goats on your trip. There’s also a historic train you can take to the next town over, Victor. You can also check out Mollie Kathleen Mine! They have a mining tour that takes you down a mining shaft and into the mine! It’s a great experience and a great memory to take home with you. Cripple Creek is about a 30 min drive from the RV.

Listed in Canon City this is a spectacular experience! Tremendous views and big sky from the bridge! Worth the hour drive. There’s a Royal Gorge train as well if you want to view the gorge from the bottom along the river.
