Just south of us is CIty Lights Brewery. It's an amazing renovated building, with great beer and outstanding food. You can kayak on the Menomonee River if you want, and put in at City Lights. Their outdoor seating area is as good as anyone's, and right on the river. They shuttle to Brewer games too, and it's really close to begin with.

Amazing view of the Milwaukee River and one of the best outdoor patios in the city. Great British and traditional American food, but brunch on Sundays is usually the best time to go. They also show UFC fights here.

With a Jamaican-born UFC fighter calling our place home, can't leave out the amazing Mobay Cafe. Always have patties, which is rare around here, and great food overall. Friendly service, great location.

Pricey food and no menu in a laid back setting that was used for bar scenes in the movie Major League. If you like custom meals with insane proportions and don't mind a large check, it's a personal favorite. You go to a cooler, point to what you want and they make it however you request.

We're a little-known pocket in the city, close to everything and rich with vintage building and architecture. This area was built by Beer Barons and the German influence is visible throughout. This area is in big transition, as most the homes in Cold Spring Park, neighboring Concordia neighborhood as well. 5 min drive from downtown, the Bucks Stadium, Brewers Stadium, a pair of rivers, and truly close to everything fun.

Located just 12 blocks away on Wisconsin Ave, there are multiple venues in this place: The Rave Bar, the Rave, and Eagles Ballroom all host events, sometimes all at the same time. Best sound is in the Rave Bar, which has some great acts play in it

Our Unique Neighborhood
Occasionally, folks get confused over our neighborhood. Some of the surrounding area carries a negative reputation. We've not found that to be the case, but Cold Spring Park and Concordia defy a lot of the negative perceptions. The homes are huge, many renovated mansions and ornate German Craftsman and Victorian homes. 27th St and 35th St can present as a bit intimidating, but we live in a unique urban pocket that many city residents are not even aware exists. Most of the area was built by Miller, Pabsts, Schlitz, and Blatz executives, and the area is rich with history.
