I love the atmosphere at San Tan Flat! Outside there's live music most nights, fire pits to roast marshmallows, and an outdoor BBQ grill where you can order their fantastic ribs. Or you can stand in line to order from the inside menu. Indoors the charm continues with creative decor and good service. I've tried the ribs, steak, salmon and salad bar and they're all delicious. Overall, it has great food and a great atmosphere, if you make a night of it and don't mind the food line and crowds!
