Options for getting around the city
The public bus system is quite comfortable and is a good option for those who prefer public transport. It can get quite crowded. There is a touristic route available - a double decker bus which goes through the city center to Mamaia resort. The ticket fare can be purchased at the booth or via sms. Uber and taxi
Starting with 2020, Uber is available in Constanta. Taxis can be quite expensive during the summer months, especially when traveling in Mamaia at night. I recommend either installing a taxi app or using Uber for such trips as it ensures a fair cost for the ride.
