LOVE LOVE the green Chile rings dunked in ranch, skillet chicken with green Chile mashed potatoes and amazing burgers. The GC GC ( Grill Caliente Grilled Cheese) is ridiculously ooey gooey goodness. During warm days, highly recommend sitting in the outdoor patio.

Michael Hurd, son of Peter Hurd and Henriette Wyeth, is a full time resident on the Sentinel Ranch. He has developed a tasting room full of historical interest, fine art, delicious wine and charcuterie boards. Definitely worth the trip to the valley.
