It is just across the street but there is no walking access. If you want to visit it, you have to go by kayak that you can rent on the dock on Calle 14 or in Parque Nacional Maracuya (3min walk from the property). It is the deepest Cenote of the four that are part of the Bacalar lagoon. It is 80mt deep and it is great to see the difference of colors of the cenote and the lagoon.

Great place to spend the day swimming in the lagoon. The food is great and in my opinion, it is the best spot of the lagoon because of the colours you can see here and the stromatolites that are here.

Transportación (Taxi and bus)
If you need a taxi just call the following phone number and they will pick you up: 983 833 7421
If you want to go farther such as Chetumal, Mahahual or Tulum, you can take a bus at the ADO Bus Terminal which is in Bacalar at the highway (calle 19 córner with calle 30). The phone is 983 833 3163 and the Web site is www.ado.com.mx to review schedules and buy tickets.

Rent a kayak at the Muelle Municipal
Just next to the entrance of the Balneario Municipal, there is a kiosk where you can rent kayaks for $150 pesos for 1 hr. It is open from 6:00am to 6:00pm so you can go to see the sunrise or the sunset. You will love it!
