The Sunrise on the east coast of the island....
Either because the mosque woke you up either because you are waking up on purpose, plan on an early start to go and watch the Sun rising from the Back of the Rinjiani Volcano. The island is still asleep, birds are waking up and the colors are just amazing !!
From the villa follow the H2O road at the corner with Musa Cookery and reach the beach you won t regret it !

Hire a bike from us !!
There is no motorised vehicles on the island and walking is fun but here , we all go around by push-bike. We have them on the property you will see it is the best way to go around on our little island

Gili Air is a muslim island - follow the etiquette...
Many travellers are actually surprised while arriving as unless Bali, Lombok and the Gili Islands are Muslim. You will hear the Mosque 5 times a day and sometime more ( and it is made to be heard anywhere on the island) This is part of the local culture but it can be surprising at time, especially the 4.30am call... Just take it with the smile, discovering new cultures is the main reason we are travelling aren t we ?
Although it is fine to wear Bikini at the beach and in the premises of the Villa, when going around on the island cover yourself with a sarong :-)
