Really nice owner who puts quality ingredients into his hand made (many gluten-free) baked goods. I was pleasantly surprised to welcome them to our neighborhood! Beach Rose sells and Carrie’s local brands too, like Seaworthy coffee!

Trustom Pond is a National Wildlife Refuge, with 1-2.5 miles of easy looping trails to coastal salt pond spotting scopes & an observational platform with informational placards for wildlife identification.
A 3 minute drive, 7 minute bike ride, or 25 minute walk from hOMnaturale, my Corey Rd house, Trustom Pond has both spacious fields & and water-scapes, plus old maples and oaks and skies filled with song birds, owls & the waves of the Atlantic.
Watching the water birds up close with the use of the observatory telescope at Osprey Point, is a fascinating and humbling experience for all ages.
My fave, “out of my head & into the wild” easily accessible escape!

My absolute fave hiking spot in my area is this South Kingstown Land bank trail system, which goes up & down forested banks and ranges in lengths of time with its diverse loops.

A nice bike ride from Corey Rd is the Moonstone Beach rd to Matunuck Beach Rd loop which has Moonstone Beach’s quiet detour as a destination. For wild birds and peaceful walks.

Shaun is also an excellent jazz guitar player, and his band of talented friends set up out front of gallery and play on occasion with fire pit and chairs and the glow of his art from his gallery windows; super in Matunuck’s fresh air.
