Sightseeing

A trip by car from Marbella to Ronda to enjoy the view on the mountains. Surrounded by lush river valleys and sitting above a deep ravine, it is a place that literally takes your breath away when seeing it. Ronda offers unforgettable views over the El Tajo gorge. The Puente Nuevo – new bridge – was actually completed in 1793 and took forty two years to build. The bridge joins the old Moorish town and the newer, El Mercadillo parts of the city. It is, by far in a way, Ronda’s most famous landmark. Very hot place during summer! Perfect place to visit during spring or in the early/end of summer.

Rich in history and culture, Granada is arguably the single most worthwhile city in Spain for visitors. In addition to a rich multicultural history, the Alhambra and other monuments, a student-driven nightlife, and skiing and trekking in the nearby Sierra Nevada, Granada offers a break from the summer heat of other Andalusian cities such as Córdoba or Seville. Spring and autumn are also both excellent times to visit.

The most enchanting place in Marbella is undeniably its whitewashed, partially enclosed Casco Antiguo (Old Town) – a postcard-perfect maze of narrow streets that twist and turn, offering something lovely to see at every corner. Marbella Old Town comprises two historical quarters – Barrio Alto and Barrio Nuevo, and most of it still preserves its original layout that dates back to the 16th century, when the city was still under Arab rule. Nowadays, the tiny, winding paths of the Casco Antiguo meander their way past glistening white Andalusian buildings adorned with small flower-filled balconies, chic boutiques, and trendy cafes

Discover the Tarifa beach scene - the fine golden sands, those surf-loving winds, and that very special light of the Costa de la Luz, together make an unbeatable combination. It is where the Mediterranean and the Atlantic meet, Tarifa is the last stop in Spain before Morocco, and it's also a taste of things to come.
