With 7" pie tins filled with hand cut french fries covered in various delicious toppings, its like chili cheese fries died and went to culinary heaven. This place was a massively popular pop-up started by husband and wife team Kristin and Nick Gile (former head chef at Bombay Club) which turned into a steady business several years ago.
