You can take BART to the Embarcadero Station, grab everything you need for a picnic, & then take a Ferry & head on over to Angel Island. Here you can hike, bike, sunbath, swim, and relax.

Picnic. or visit the Little Farm. Whatever you do, be sure to be on Grizzly Peak at Sunset to get the most glorious view of the Bay Area, from San Rafael Bridge all the way to San Mateo Bridge.

You're in middle of Napa Valley. Natural Hot Springs in Calistoga, Massage, Wine & Dine on a classy coach train, Balloon ride at Dawn or dusk. Best of everything in one place.
