Consejos para la ciudad
Cómo moverse
tickets
On the bus you can pay by card, if you want to pay by cash you need to have exact amount as drivers don't give back change. The payment system charge you on the next day the best rate (after 2 journeys you pay for day ticket so it's important to use the same card). If you're traveling back home from Edinburgh airport (and came here by plane) I would advise you to take return tickets rather than 2 singles -return is cheaper than 2 singles
Qué empacar
chargers
In the UK sockets are different than in other part of Europe and it's important to have an adapter.
Formas de ahorrar
way to save
some of the museums are free of charge - like a national museum of Scotland.
tap water is always free in restaurants so ask about it instead mineral water.
use food savings apps like too good to go
look for labels reduced to clear in supermarkets to buy cheaper food
everywhere you can pay by card so don't exchange money as it can be more expensive than paying by card - check with your bank before the journey. Some ATMs are not free, look for a ATMs from the main banks.
free walking tour might be a great way to learn about the city.
