Tanque Verde Ridge is a beautiful trail that takes you as far up into the Rincon Mountains as you'd like to go. Be sure to bring plenty of water and tell someone where you are going. If you are unfamiliar to hiking in the desert southwest these are especially important.

If you are here during the winter and it snows on Mt. Lemmon, you definitely want to go sledding! Be sure to go all the way to Summerhaven at the top and get some hot chocolate and fudge at the Mt. Lemmon General Store!
