A lovely wide expanse of beach on the estuary entrance. Dog walkers love it. A small cafe and a life house station

if like me you grewup on the 70's this is the type of place that will bring back childhood memories of trips to the seaside. Check out the captains rendezvous for your chips and sit on the harbour wall and watch rh dolphons in the early evening. Even betteron the late season when there are fewer people. I'm disappointed I'd I can't get here at least half a dozen evenings a year

For me another place at the end of day, two small bays you can sit and watch the world go by, either on the beach or on the clifftops. One of my favourite out of season stops take a flask and listen to the sound of the sea

For those who are fit us the top car park on the way down to the village. Be aware it is a bit of a trek back up the hill to get there, it does however take the stress out if trying to park at the bottomin high season. For those coming on motorbikes, take the lane out past the front of the pubs in the bay and explore the lanes, it's rare ro meet a car and there are some beautiful other little places. to explore

Family Day out

About an hour away, but a great place for Kids and Kids at heart. Animals and a great place to enjoy some vintage fairground rides.

Tenby is another great favourite with some lovely beaches as well as rhe walled town and rhe harbour. Lots of places to eat, around an hours drive from the accommodation. Like New Quay very reminiscent of 70s childhood holidays with ice creams, seaside shops and golden sands.
