TIDE POOLS!!! Check this title out on line at gotostcroix.com It is about a 2 mile hike through the woods starting at the Carambola Renaissance hotel. The hike is worth it when you get to the gorgeous smooth rock laden beach. You need to "spiderman" (as they say) and climb over rock walls to get to the tide pools. This experience is worth it!!

If your in St Croix, Buck Island is a must see! Take a snorkle tour with any of the local companies (however I have been with this company on the tour 6-8 times with family, visitors and friends).
You will snorkle and then use the secluded beach on Buck Island. It is a great day!

Gorgeous beach! Bring the chairs, towels and a change of clothes (in case you want to be dry when moseying over to The Landing for a snack and umbrella drink). Swim and enjoy the view! Sundays are busier than the rest of the week.

This is a great beach near the Buccaneer hotel. Once you park you go through an arched mangrove tunnel to the beach. The beach is long and the turquoise water is calling your name.

Beautiful West side beach in Fredricksted. Stay for the day and enjoy the gorgeous sunset. Walk the downtown strip in town and see where the big ships come in.

This is the most gorgeous must see beach, Only open on weekends in the turtle off season, otherwise closed. If you have a chance to check out where the last scene of Shawshank Redemption was filmed...
Be careful though, no trees or shade, so lots of sunscreen!!

The boardwalk is full of restaurants and shopping on the side streets. Come down and see the large tarpin (fish) swimming in the waters next to the boardwalk looking for some treats. You will see some "local" life, but it is worth going down there to take in the sea! if you want a good quick burger go to Shupes, good pizza The Mill, Brew STX has some good steaks and local fish as does Rum Runners.
