-ACHA (Casa del marisco) great seafood restaurant. Been around for years.
-Casa Stizzioli (Italian) walking distance from the apartment.
-Maito (fusión) Coco Del Mar neighborhood
-Market & La Posta (fusion Panamanian) Calle Uruguay
- Makoto (awesome sushi beautiful greenery) Obarrio neighborhood
Casco has most variety because it’s the tourist area of Panama. Good thing is you won’t find touristy food (the places I recommend).

Panamanian weather
Bring: waterproof shoes, sneakers, flip flops. Umbrella or rain jacket. Panama is very rainy 8months a year. Also bring light clothes: cotton dresses, cotton shirts and shorts. The humidity here is out of this world.
