Right up the hill off College Hill Drive is the beautiful Ole Miss Golf Course. Just it a bucket of balls, play a round of golf or better yet, so both. Put Oxford on your list for excellent golf vacations - you won't be disappointed!

Food scene
Right around the corner, Lost Pizza has upstairs and downstairs patio seating plus seating indoors. Bar upstairs. Friendly staff. Great food.
Next door to Lost Pizza is Crave, a coffee and dessert place which lives up to its name. With outdoor patio seating adjoining Lost Pizza plus indoor seating as well, it's a great place to unwind.
This same plaza also has a small, convenient liquor store.

Fuel up right around the corner at Shell gas station. Eat at BB's BBQ inside Skymart. Good down-home Southern cooking. I mean really good! Very nice people, too! And of course there's a convenience store.

Local Airport
Convenient to the places recommended in our Guidebook, Uber is always handy to transport you where you want to go. This is the busiest airport when Alabama or Texas A&M are the visiting team! Oxford recently added private jet parking, to make flying to games Oh So Convenient! For one of the local favorites at sunset, take a drive up to Molly Barr Road and park at the overlook at the end of the runway. (My two other favorite sunset spots are atop the Courtyard by Marriott at The Green Roof Lounge as well as atop The Graduate Hotel at The Coop Lounge where live music is often played.)
