At low tine, the ocean is more than a kilometre out, leave huge mud flats and tide pools for walking and exploring. Award winning local brewery with amazing food (fourwindsbrewing.ca/). The tasting room is in an industrial section of Delta, but is well worth going out of the way for. Most local restaurants carry Four Winds on tap as well.

Amazing view from the gondola ride and at the top, hiking trails are easily accessible and it's not as far as Whistler.
