Due to weather conditions we might need to adjust our final destination, it can be Tromvik, Sommarøy, Skibotn or Kilpisjarvi. With last two ones the tour might extend until 2:30am so please plan accordingly next day. Aurora is a natural phenomenon and I will do my best to bring you to the clear skies however the show of the night is left to the almighty Universe I hope to chase with you soon, teach you all I know about Aurora, and share some great life stories. Do you know the taste of a fresh butter baked Danish pastry? A professional pastry chef with many years of experience will guide you through the different baking techniques and tips including kneading, rolling and folding the dough with butter. We will make a selection of traditional and delicious Danish pastries (Wienerbrød). The course will have a break with coffee/tea where you can try some of your Danish pastries and exchange your cultural/baking experiences. You can bring the rest of them home to share with your family. You work in stations of 2 so if you book this alone, please be aware that you will be paired with another baking enthusiast. But this is also a great chance to meet new people. Recipes: Very detailed recipes will be sent to your email after the class, so it is important that you leave your email-address. This also means that you can concentrate on the baking part and take great pictures of your lovely pastries. Children: From 11 years old are welcome in the class if with a paying adult. From the age of 13 years, a child can participate alone - but please contact me before booking so that I can confirm. I only accept paying participants in the kitchen. We will pick you up from Ivalo area, or we can meet at our office. We will provide thermal clothing and shoes, after that we will drive by minibuss 12 km to small village called Koppelo. We have snowmobile and sleigh waiting for you there, and sleigh ride will take you to our Aurora Island. In our Island we have a cottage where we live, sauna, 2 lappish teepees, hot tub and eco-toilet. We have wind and solar energy, sometimes we use also aggregate. Hot Tub is outdoors and accommodates max 6 persons at a time. The water is heated by a wood-burning stove to a pleasant temperature. Diving into hot water in the middle of winter is worth experiencing. Sauna is comfortable for up to 3 persons at a time. While there are no showers in this type of traditional sauna, you are provided buckets of heated lake water for washing. There is a changing room in warm cottage, just next to the sauna. The dinner of the evening is served in a magical atmosphere by an open fire in lappish teepee. Dinner will be made of local reindeer or fish, we have also vegetarian option. During the dinner I will tell you about local life in Ivalo. During winter months heating of the Hot tub might take even up to 6-8 hours. If the weather is -20C or below, snow storm or heavy wind, it is not possible to heat the Hot Tub. For extra price pick up is possible also from other places than Ivalo.

This photo session is about "to be", not "to seem". In Authentic Photo Shoot I work primarily as a psychologist and coach, not just a photographer. This is key. My focus is to support your research, to help you be with where you want to look, what is important to live with, what to be silent with, or what to look at. I don’t direct, I don’t put you in “beautiful poses”, I don’t interfere. At least I try very hard not to. I can suggest something that I think would support you in your research. And catch in the frame in the process. Probably, from the point of view of photography, it can be called a “reportage portrait”. It makes sense to go to an Authentic Photo Shoot when you want to meet something in yourself, and you need a Witness and a Guide for this.

Then we go thru the equipment and basic information about cross country before starting. During the lesson and touring I’ll give you some technique advices and how to approve your skiing skills. Quedaremos en uno de los lugares más famosos del icónico centro de Estocolmo. Haremos un repaso de los planes de tu viaje e intereses para decidir que ruta tomar. Durante nuestro tour explorando la ciudad me encargaré de hacer fotos capturando los momentos y la ciudad que nos rodea, a la vez que charlamos sobre la cultura nórdica. No nos centraremos en retratos muy posados, más bien tomas naturales y espontáneas. En ciertos lugares quizá me centraré mas en la fotografía y ¡me encargaré de dirigir las tomas para sacar lo mejor de ti! También podemos tomarnos una cerveza, un helado o un aperitivo y celebrar tu viaje. Entre 48-96h después de la experiencia recibirás entre 20 y 40 fotos profesionales editadas y de alta calidad para recordar tu tiempo en Estocolmo. My background as an architect will give you a unique perspective of the old town in Stockholm through my photography. I will take you to the most beautiful and unexplored alleys of the old town for a unique photoshoot, which will remind you dearly in the future of your trip to Stockholm. Get ready and bring your enthusiasm, as well as your favorite clothes to this photo session, because it will be memorable. You will leave the city not only with an exclusive architectural like photo session, but also with a nice story of the buildings that will be featured as backdrops to your portraits. You will receive up to 25 photos which are unique to you. After being selected, they will be carefully edited and sent out in 5 days. Other things to note: Make sure to bring comfortable shoes since the streets of the old town are made out of cobble stones. You can also bring more than one outfit if you want.

Don't worry if you can't pose, I will direct you, but the poses will still look natural. We will meet at Riddarholmen (near the ships), and take a walk around this beautiful islet which offers a great view of the City Hall, picture-perfect views of Södermalm and features a gorgeous church. After, we will go to the old town, where we will take photos in colorful cobbled alleys, a beautiful hidden square, and we end up at the famous square Stortorget. This route features stunning architecture,, and I will be photographing you in the most flattering light available. Feel free to bring a change of clothing if you want. You will meet up with your guide and the rest of the group at a central meeting point. After an initial welcome, all guests will be paired with their own easy-to-handle bicycle. After a few safety instructions you will ride on to your first food stop on the tour. Here, you will start off by having an award-winning hot dog in true Danish fashion. You can enjoy riding on some of the best urban bike lanes of the world, while riding on to your next stop. Next, you will visit one of the best food markets the city has to offer, where you will try a traditional Danish fish-meatball, as well as a locally brewed beer. This is then followed by a delicious Danish chocolate dessert called Flødebolle. Your guide will entertain with some storytelling while you enjoy your tastings. Your group will continue to a restaurant that serves some delicious Danish Smørrebrød, which are open faced sandwiches made with the freshest ingredients you can find. Finally, the group will try some freshly-made Danish pastries as a dessert to conclude the tour.
