We are located 100 feet from a mountain bike trail with hiking paths. 20 minutes to Killington and 15 minutes to Pico Ski resorts. Close to restaurants and stores in the downtown area. The space: - Parking is in the driveway for up to 2 cars. - 3 queen bed with separate rooms. - 1 living room with 50 inch smart TV including a sofa, rocker and rocker chairs. -1 full kitchen with tableware, glassware, and range. Please Note: Must go up 1 flight of stairs to enter & we have two dogs on premises.

Come stay in our quiet and relaxing two bedroom suite. We accommodate 4 people comfortably. We are very close to Rutland Golf ⛳️ , Pine Hill Park, Killington. Walking distance from downtown. There is a queen bedroom with a equipped kitchenette, large living room, and bath with shower and a whirlpool tub to relax in after a long day of outdoor adventures. There is a second bedroom that has two twin beds. Many small appliances. No stove. There is a two-burner portable stove.
