Albert et sa femme sont très accueillant et sont disponibles en cas de besoin! Ils nous dépanné de capsule pour la machine à laver ce qui montre leur volonté de prendre soin de leurs hôtes. L’emplacement dans un quartier résidentiel est très calme et reposant et facile d’accès en voiture. Je commande fortement !

Tolles gemütliches Holzhaus in den Bergen. Schön eingerichtet. Als das wlan kaputt ging, wurde es umgehend repariert.

A lovely hidden gem in the city. You are surrounded by 1 acre of land with chickens and beautiful fruit trees. Parking is on the property what’s very convenient. We were a bit surprised that all properties in Shkoder are having high concrete walls, which doesn’t give a very appealing atmosphere. But to experience this area of Albania I really recommend staying at this location.

Nagyon kedves házigazda, a szállás nagyon szép volt, rendezett és tiszta. Gyors választ kaptam mindig a kérdéseimre, és bármire szükségem volt, számíthattam a házigazda segítségére. Csak ajánlani tudom!🥰

WOW! Wat hebben we genoten van ons verblijf bij Artur! Super fijne communicatie en we werden meteen opgehaald van het vliegveld. Bij aankomst wachtte een heerlijk ontbijt op ons. Het huis zelf was prachtig: rustig, groen en elke avond een zonsondergang als cadeautje. Het zwembad was top, de kids hebben ervan genoten, ook al was het in oktober natuurlijk wat frisser. Na een dag Albanië ontdekken was het heerlijk om even te relaxen aan het zwembad. De kamers waren netjes, bedden lagen heerlijk, en goede stevige kussens. We mochten hun twee auto’s gebruiken, één kon zelfs omgebouwd worden tot 7-zitter—super handig! Enkele bezienswaardigheden op korte afstand (ca. 30 / 45 min.) Mini Market (ca. 5 min.) Ook hebben we twee keer een heerlijk ontbijt en diner gehad, restaurantwaardig en met hun eigen wijn erbij. Al met al echt een plek waar we zeker terug willen komen. Onze jongste dochter (7) heeft immers een belofte gedaan, we komen graag nog een keer terug! Artur en je vrouw erg bedankt!

Wygodny duży dom, piękne widoki, super taras na dachu, ogródek. Wszystkie udogodnienia, leżaki, parasole, grill, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia i łazienki. Bardzo blisko do plaży, plaża dość zatłoczona, część prywatna i ogólnodostępna. Gospodarz bardzo przyjazny i pomocny, w razie potrzeby od razu reaguje. Jedna uwaga - wodę pitną(2,5E za 6l) należy kupować w sklepie, ta w domu nie jest zdatna do picia. Ogólnie bardzo udany pobyt. Polecam

Das Haus war wie beschrieben wunderschön. Wir waren mit 3 Familien dort und waren alle sehr zu Frieden. Bäckerei, Obststände und einen kleinen Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Latif war immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Nur auf den Straßen von Montenegro war nur Stau. Von A nach B zu fahren war sehr anstrengend. Leider gab es abends sehr viele Mücken.

Wonderful place especially for a large group. We had a group size of 14 people and everybody fit in very comfortably. Lots of beds and restrooms with two full living room areas. Pool was amazing. The place was very clean, but we did have to deal with ants the entire time. I’m not sure if that was left over from the previous guests or just an issue with the area, but with a very clean kitchen ants were constantly finding our food.

Locuința a fost foarte frumoasa, curată, spațioasă, am fost 15 persoane și a fost suficient spațiu pentru toti. Proprietarul este foarte prietenos și de treaba, chiar dacă a locuit cu noi nu ne-a deranjat deloc. 5 stele din toate punctele de vedere, șederea noastra a fost peste Așteptările noastre.

Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Napoli sehr genossen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Pool war super und die ganze Anlage grosszügig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir hatten frische Früchte und genug Wasser aufgefunden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und die Sonnenuntergänge vor der Haustüre umwerfend. Die Gastgeberin und ihr Haus hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen! Vielen Dank für diese tolle Zeit!

A really good place to go ! The only trouble is the water pressure that deserves to be upgraded if it's possible. The villa is confortable, perfect for big group ! Take some rental cars to enjoy the country. Special mention for Leonora, she's kind and very helpful. She finds us driver and make some groceries for us before our arrival.

Domem na miejscu opiekuje się Zdravko - wyjątkowo przyjazny i komunikatywny, a także uczynny człowiek. Całość idealna dla 2 rodzin z uwagi na podział pomieszczeń. My podróżowaliśmy w układzie 6+2. Basen czysty, woda idealna. dodatkowym atutem było czyszczenie w ciągu tygodniowego pobytu. Widok z basenu i tarasów - olśniewający. Całość obejścia bardzo zadbana. Prywatna skalista plaża i własne zejście do wody. Leżaki do czytania w cieniu. Na miejscu SUP i kajak - idealne do podróżowania na wyspę, która jest rezerwatem. Zatoka spokojna, nawet w wietrzne dni morze jest spokojne. Warunki w domu w 100% spełnią wszystkie oczekiwania. Pomimo upałów klimatyzacja bez problemu chłodzi wnętrza i sypialnie. Serdecznie polecam na idealne wakacje.

The place beautiful, location is great, 1st row of the residential village. The host is great. Highly recommended.

Die Unterkunft war super, es hatte alles was man für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Freunden braucht. Wir waren ganz überrascht, denn eine tolle und regengeschützte Sitzmöglichkeit gab es auch noch, mit einer tollen Outdoor-Küche, die gar nicht auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Das hat uns natürlich sehr gefreut. Zudem war Miroslav an sich ein super Gastgeber. Es gab einen persönlichen Check-In, der super flexibel war und reibungslos funktionierte. Er zeigte uns kurz das Haus und gab uns ein paar Tipps und bot oft seine Hilfe an, wenn wir irgendwelche Fragen hatten, stand er zudem immer zur Verfügung. Einmal bestellten wir im Restaurant nebenan Pizza und dort trafen wir auf Miroslav, der uns kurzerhand anbot, die Pizza zu uns zu liefern. Auch als wir fragten, wie wir am besten Abends noch in die Stadt kommen und wieder zurück bot er uns an, Fahrer zu organisieren. Er war stets hilfsbereit und seine Ortskenntnisse waren eine große Hilfe. Viele seiner Empfehlungen haben wir genutzt, es war toll.

Our two families enjoyed our stay at Villa Kupenica a lot. The host family was extremely kind and helpful in every way. The Villa is surrounded by calm farms and vineyards, so it is easy to relax in the yard, chill by the pool or have a barbecue in the evening just listening to birds and crickets. The kitchen and house itself were well equipped, the beds comfy and the wifi connection worked well enough so that we could plan some excursions. The town of Kumanovo is only 15 minutes away by car and we made trips to Skopje and lake Matka, which are also close enough. The villa had plenty of room for our bunch of 4 adults and 3 children and in spite of the very hot summer days, the house fortunately cooled down during the nights even without air-conditioning. We warmly recommend this place for you if you're visiting North-Macedonia. Please note that reaching the place for the first time can be tricky because the street names are not marked, but once you're there it's easy to get situated.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Montenegro. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Es gibt sogar Pooltücher und Bademäntel. Die Küche ist recht klein, es gibt nur zwei Kochfelder, ist aber ansonsten gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt war die Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und abgeschieden, es gibt eine große Terrasse und einen tollen Pool. Sladjana gibt tolle Tipps und die Bootstour bei ihr hat sich sehr gelohnt! Bis zum nächsten Strand braucht man etwa 30 min, allgemein wird ein Auto gebraucht für Unternehmungen etc. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es im Ort.

My family and I, 8 of us, had a fantastic stay in villa Dolaca/ Leona. The most attentive housekeepers, the pool was cleaned throughout the week and we were made to feel welcome. There is a need for a car unless you’re very fit as the vertical hill up to the apartment is probably the highest I’ve driven but we did walk it a couple of times. It was a great location to base yourself to explore the beautiful surrounds of Montenegro. We were very sad to leave. Thanks Amra and team.

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans la maison de Erisa. La piscine était très propre, exposée au soleil une bonne partie de la journée Cuisine équipée, propre Nous avons super bien dormi dans les lits, les draps sentaient bon la lessive Résidence très calme, avec gardien à l’entrée Accès direct à la plage à pieds ! Je recommande ce logement !
