Victorian House - 2 Bedroom- close to coastline

The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

A Country Escape

A beautiful large lounge with 65" smart tv, refrigerator, microwave oven and lovely garden views. The bright and spacious bedroom is compete with a superking bed and 50" TV. There is an en suite toilet & shower, complete with a spacious walk in wardrobe. Our property is located in a quiet countryside position but close to the M58. Liverpool Manchester Preston Southport all within easy reach. We are within walking distance to Ormskirk hospital & Edge Hill University. Also easy countryside walks.

A great base to discover West Lancashire with the Lake District only 40 mins and great golf Birkdale et al 30 mins

Lovely country cottage in Dalton / Parbold

Beautiful country cottage in a picturesque location with charming views situated on a public footpath leading to some of the best country walks within the North West. Blackbirds Cottage is a detached spacious two bedroom both en-suite holiday home situated in the heart of Douglas valley, within a ten minute walk to the idyllic village of Parbold which has three country pubs, a wine bar and cafe. Surrounded by beautiful scenery and wildlife you’ll be sure of a relaxed, private and peaceful stay.

Cosy accommodation at farmhouse in Dalton, Parbold

The cosy guest suite includes a living room with TV, leather sofa and armchair, small dining table and 2 chairs. There is a compact kitchen area equipped with combination oven/microwave, hob, fridge and all essential crockery and cookware. The bedroom has an oak framed king size bed with matching bedside tables and is furnished with pine furniture, curtains and a blind. The shower room is spacious and is en suite to the bedroom. There is gas central heating and blinds to most of the windows.

The Annexe

The Annexe is a self contained property directly opposite our family home. All fixtures and fittings have been thoughtfully planned to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is one large double bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, an open plan living area with a smart TV, log burner for cozy nights and electric heating. The bathroom has a large walk in electric shower. The property is suitable for up to two adults (not suitable for children/toddler’s due to the large pond outside).

Charming Garden Annexe In Southport

Pretty annexe property nestled behind the main house. Very quiet location set within the garden space. Off road parking Semi rural location yet a 5 minute walk to the local convenience store. Beautiful Churchtown village only a 5 minute drive or 15 minutes walk away, with pubs, restaurants, & independent shops etc. Southport town centre and famous Lord Street a 15 minute drive. Close to many of Southport’s prestigious golf courses and yearly flower show. Great local cycling and walking.

Idyllic bungalow in Burscough, ideal location

The Bungalow in Burscough offers a warm and inviting stay in the countryside of West Lancashire. With two generous bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, bathroom, and a living room all on one level, the bungalow offers a home-from-home experience for all of our guests. The property has space for two cars and comes with a fully enclosed, private back garden which is a beautiful sun trap in the spring and summer months! Excellent location with access to 2 train stations and many local amenities.

The Annex - relax in quiet, charming setting.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will have access to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

'Where people matter..' Victorian two bed terraced character cottage home-from-home with private parking and secluded garden. Newly renovated. Walk everywhere! Three fantastic pubs and cafe all within 4 minutes walk. Three more cafes 20-30 minutes walk. Indian, Chinese, fish and chips and two convenience stores within 3 minutes walk Scenic bike rides, beautiful strolls along the canal. 20 minute train journey to the beach or 50 minutes for a shopping spree in Manchester city.

The Hobbit house

Holiday Cottage

If you're looking to get away from it all, ours is a semi rural location down a single track lane, right in the middle of the countryside. Only a 10 minute drive from Southport with all its facilities and there are several golf courses within easy reach. The big selling point at our location are the horses to three sides of the property. To the front, countryside looking out over the Moss and with far reaching views all the way to the hills of Chipping and beyond.
