A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Het centraal station is op vijf minuten loopafstand, winkels en heerlijke restaurants zijn op een steenworp afstand. De zolderverdieping is compleet en smaakvol luxueus ingericht, een keuken, douche, toilet. Het pittoreske grachtenpand heeft geen lift, helaas niet rolstoel toegankelijk.

Location In the middle of the historical city centre of Delft, just around the corner of the ‘Beestenmarkt’ (known for its lively cafes) you can find our monumental house. The charming and spacious apartment is situated on the second floor of the house. Welkom in mijn authentieke huis uit 1850, gelegen in het oude centrum van Maasland. Dichtbij te vinden: mooie bossen, weilanden, wandel/fietsroutes, boerderijwinkels, kinderboerderij, speeltuin en pannenkoekenhuis. In Maassluis zijn veel restaurants en winkels te vinden. De supermarkt is op 100 m loopafstand. Op 25 min van Rotterdam, Delft, Den Haag en het strand, met goede OV-verbindingen nabijgelegen.
